What mission are you on in 2023?

The Chariot is on a mission. I was so happy to pull this card today, 30th December because I am definitely on a mission.

The Chariot reflects the energy and drive needed as well as the control and skill needed to keep potentially conflicting desires moving along in the same direction.

Still the Chariot doesn’t say cut one out, it says ‘shoot for the stars’, you have momentum, there is structure to your plan, however it is going to take stamina and willpower to juggle everything, keep balanced and on track.  Nice to know.

And a rather perfect card to ponder the fast approaching New Year.

So often in a tarot reading, the Chariot represents two different paths, ideas, areas of responsibility, desires, that need to run along side by side in order for you to achieve your mission.  Trying to keep two horses from bumping into each other or encroaching on each other’s territory is going to take skill and will power.

Often this card in a tarot reading also expresses the exhaustion we may already be feeling, Our clarity of direction can be confused by opposing desires like action and stillness. Career and home life. Stability and excitement. Work and play

Which is why the blue sky canopy studded with stars above the Charioteer’s head is so encouraging.

I’m going to pull a card for New Year on 1st. And see what’s next. I havent even started thinking about New Year’s Resolutions. Even though the chariot is going at some speed, I’m going to make sure I give myself some time to really look at all aspects of my life and how i’d like it to be next year.

There’s a wonderful new year spread I’ll share next week.

Meanwhile Happy New Year everyone.
