The misery of procrastination

I personally find ‘not knowing what to do ‘ one of the most debilitating, draining, infuriating, frustrating, exhausting, miserable places to be….and I spend a lot of time there…

PROCRASTINATION is what they call it…indecision, the fear of doing the wrong thing, not doing the right thing, not knowing what’s the best thing….I could go on..

Either way a very good moment to have a tarot tarot reading as whatever a reading does, it does open up possibility, give you new ideas, and very often helps you make the one decision you need to make. As Nats said when she first came for a reading, it was the last resort, and it should have been her first because the relief she found was wonderful!  Just making a decision frees up your energy to move forward…..

For years Goethe’s quote was my mantra

'‘Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness.

Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation) there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits onesself, then providence moves too.

All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred.   A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favour all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance which no man could have dreamed would have come his way.

Whatever you think you can do or believe you can do, begin it. Action has magic, grace and power in it.

Whatever you think you can do or dream you can, begin it.  Boldness has genius, and power and magic in it.  Begin it Now.’

Goethe

And so the Tarot needs to be used with respect….and what I mean by that you take its advice….and what I mean by that you follow the advice….and what that really means you take action, make a decision, and to hell with whether it is right or wrong!
