The Four of Wands is a time to be optimistic.

You just have to look at the card to feel happy, the colours are bright and sunny, the card portrays two people celebrating under a garland of flowers supported by four upright wands.  In a tarot reading the four of wands often relates to having secured the basis for a happy family, be it at work or play.

Wands represents the fire element.   With the ace, the spark is lit, with the two you are inspired about the choice now ahead of you, at the three level you have considered your options and are ready to broaden your horizons, and with the fourth wand you have all four corners covered, the perfect square, a base from which your project, endeavour , relationship, family can flourish. 

It can literally describe marriage or an engagement,  because it carries the idea that you now have all the ingredients for a happy partnership.  All four corners, passion, inspiration, creativity are set in harmonious foundations and you are committed to a course of action.  

A client who also lives in Battersea and often comes for readings to explore different areas of her life. Last week she came last week for bit more clarity about her business.  She didn’t feel she was in the flow, and business was slow.

So we asked the question ‘Where am I blocking the flow? ‘ and pulled the Four of Wands. It got her thinking.  Was there a corner of the business missing a spark?  An area of expertise perhaps?  It didn’t take her long to identify.

Given the four of wands often depicts the home, in a business your home is quite often your website, social media, your shop front is virtual.  As it happened, top of her to do list had been to find someone to help her with social media.  So she had her answer, get on with it!
