Happy days are here again…

Its Easter and it’s glorious on the Isle of Wight, the sea is blue and the chatter and laughter of children building sandcastles is drifting my way.  Watching this scene from my desk in Seaview on the Isle of Wight, and pondering about what to write for the blog. I think, how about this.

I always consult the Tarot to decide the subject of this blog, after all its a blog about tarot reading,  so I spread out 78 tarot cards and pull one, it’s the Ten of Cups!  Of course, and why be surprised? There isn’t another card that so accurately describes the scene in front of me, a moment of peaceful happiness, beautiful beach, beautiful sunshine, happy families.   In a Tarot reading, when you have the ten of cups it signifies a moment when your cup is full, ten cups full, a feeling of emotional completion, a moment of peace and connection, a moment when appreciating family, the friends, your capacity to love and share has arrived.  Yes a time to celebrate peace, harmony, and enjoy life. Laughter too please.

And it’s well earned, well deserved, because the journey of the cups, from the ace to the ten is full of emotional ups and downs….so arriving at the ten is a moment to savour. I was doing a virtual tarot reading via Zoom the other evening, and I couldn’t resist showing my client the view.  It sparked off memories for her of childhood happiness and happy holidays, so she’s made plans to take time off this weekend and enjoy life and take advantage of the the sunshine too.

So its ten of cups time, Happy Easter everyone.
